MH365 blade not lifting

Recommended Posts

I have a MH365 cutter which has been very good up until now.  When I turn it on the blade holder does not raise up.  If I take the housing (black cover) off and then put it back on it will pick up but after a few seconds it drops back down.  I was trying to cut a part yesterday and the frame around it cut great but the letters inside only scratched the outline and would not weed.  This happened once before and it acts like the spring is not strong enougn to pick the head up.  Its a great little machine but it probably doesn't have three hours of cutting time on it.  I changed the cable, have tried it with both WinPCpro and SignBlazer.  Trying to learn SBE since everyone is most famalier with it.  The plug is properly grounded.  don't know what else to try.  Anybody got any ideas?  Really need to get it going.  Thanks
