Cutting Multi layer (2 color) in Bulk

I want to cut about 100 sticker in 2 color (layering)

However when i try to cut using Sign blazer using PCUT the two layer doesn't line up at all.

It just treats each color as separately graphic.

How can i get make it so when i cut multiple 2+ color (layering) sticker that both layer will line up after weeding a sheet container multiple stickers.

I hope this makes sense.

If Im understanding your question correctly

make your design both colors select all (ctrl+A)

click edit then array choose how many you want by using the rows and columns

then make your registration marks(in a third color)keep everything inside your workspace (the pink box)

now everything should line up for you
