bran new w/laser cutter. can't figger how to make the blade drop bout 1" to test

haven't a clue what to do to move the blade down. did 'test'. never droped down to contact the vinyl at all. need a hammer???

Welcome from Chicago. I do not think you want to use a hammer. Maybe try the thread here for your cutter I am sure they will get you all set up.
