stick-it!guy 0 Posted April 8, 2009 hello... new to the vinyl world as far as software and cutter sense. When i go to cut a tile for the first time on each sign the cutter cuts a diagonal line through the vinyl. So i shut the machine down and start up then hit cut tile and then it works fine. does anyone have any idea what is wrong.
