NEED HELP PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!! LOST

Just bought a 24" laserpoint cutter with contour cutting. And yes I^M a newbee .Tried everything to get on line and working but nothing works. I^m working with dell 8300 and XP. Can anyone tell me the fastest way to get me started.

Please help I^M going crazy!!!  THANKX

Tell us what you have done so far. Do you have the serial cable hooked up? Software installed, set to the right port, cutter turned on, lay it all out here so we have more to go on.
