MikeMan 0 Posted March 13, 2009 I use the Trial version to cut with my Refine. Maybe un-install and download latest version, then re-install. I don't have a code so I'm in trial mode forever, but I don't care since it's been working great for months Find it here: http://support.uscutter.com/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=viewdownload&downloaditemid=30&nav=0,
CyberChuck 4 Posted March 15, 2009 Alan, The SBE trial mode works. It sounds like you need to go to the cutter setup and configure the ports. Charlie
tuba4 0 Posted March 15, 2009 Thanks for the replies. It seems to me that there should be some software that would work with this cutter without using trialmode all the time. Once again, thanks and I will try to use another com port etc. Alan
cutme 5 Posted March 16, 2009 i believe flexi sign will run your cutter also if you are interested in paying for it. at this point signblazer is free. bb
CyberChuck 4 Posted March 16, 2009 Alan, The port that Windows assigned to your connection (serial or Usb) will be listed something like "Blazer.COM2" or similar in SBE setup. Charlie

Charlie to find out which port your plotter is on, look in your control panel>system>device manager>hardware>ports. bb
