Jeffrey06 2 Posted March 11, 2009 This is my first outdoor sign. Luckily it's for my close friends business. I got the whole job today for the doors and such. But, I'm need a substrate to be mounted on a fence. I will be applying vinyl (of course) to it. My first question. Will Alumilite be the product to use? Also, how do you cut this stuff? Or do I have options to order some precut? Thanks for all your suggestions.

Buggie Pilot 4 Posted March 15, 2009 Alumalite will work just fine.... 12 different colors and matching edge caps....colorfast guarenteed. I've used it a number of times and use a circular saw with a plywood blade to cut it

However, I didn't get any mounts are anything, so I guess I'll screw it straight through the sign.
