sandblast

Recommended Posts

Anybody using sandblast resist to make signs? I am trying it and it does OK. I made a rustic type sign but didn't like the usual way most sandblasted signs are done. For these small signs, I don't like the way vertical grain wood looks so I use a flat or curved grain cedar. I need to make a few changes but hers my first one. I know I need to do something (scallops) for the edges but on this one, the graphic was too close to the edge to use the router so I left it alone for now.
