Copam 2500 Cutter issue

Recommended Posts

Ive had my machine for a while now and I believe someone had a problem like Im having. I just got finished cutting a large decal. 21" x 72" ....... the first one got finished just fine.......85% of the second one finished and then it froze.

I disconnected the power. Restarted...but now the cutter blade goes all the way to the right and wont stop...keeps making an aweful noise.

turned off and on.. many times and still the same.

any help would be appreciated. Pinch rollers are new...clean...etc etc.

Well...right after I posted this...I took off the right side panel..started to check for dust..etc..disconnected the keypad cable off the main board...and plugged it in....the cutter stopped moving.. YES....plugged it back in and works fine.

Weird.

Either way I love this machine.
