Cozy 3 Posted February 23, 2009 Very nice...I hpoe I can match that one day! Can you give a brief description on how you did Foghorn (I.E. wet? ... Order of color ...etc)
acehole 1 Posted February 23, 2009 Kinda hard to explain Its 5 colors but only 2 layers thick here is the eps I used If you cut one dont weed as you normally would weed what would be the outline and leave the inside pieces as far as what order it dosent matter all the colors are on one layer then laid on the black to make the black solid and have a thicker outline I used the expand feature I hope you can make some sense of this I think you'll understand better after you cut one It was done dry Like I said kinda hard to explain Foghorn003.eps Foghorn003.eps
Cozy 3 Posted February 23, 2009 Thank you...I will cut it in a few days and try to make it all come togather.

acehole 1 Posted February 24, 2009 I'm totally confused with your description of doing the Foghorn, but it looks great! Sorry for the confusion I'll try again with a different image Heres Wile E. Coyote when you import the file duplicate it so you have 2 images use the expand outline feature on one of them then node edit to make it solid (black) then put the other one on top of this one Make sure they are the same size & dont change the size or they wont line up right notice how the first image was weeded the vinyl I removed should've been left & what was left should've been removed (normally) In the second image you'll notice it looks as if something is missing (the outline, the black parts) In the third image you'll see I shaded some of the vinyl with a marker those will cut one color (brown) The fourth image is the other color use your app tape & combine the vinyl from image 3 & 4 Then lay those on top of the all black one and thats it I hope this makes sense If someone can clarify please feel free
