Laser Printer leaving roller marks

Hey, i have just bought a brand new brother h4040cn laser printer and for some reason it's leaving roller marks on the paper after printing.

The marks can be seem in a print with full coverage or without. They are just a ghost but still there and annoying.

I've tried 3 paper stocks and have gotten it each time and this machine is literally 4 hours old. The streaks are 1.5" apart so that's how i know it's the rollers to my best knowlege.

Any tips?

what paper stocks have you actually used?  have they been different weight or completely different compositions?

we used to have the 4070 in the office which is the same with just extra bells (i think duplex, and wireless).  i don't remember the problem, but then again i don't know that i ever looked that closely.
