Problems cutting with mh-721

i just started out cutting with new cutter and so far i got the force and speed right. the only problem i'm having is that when i cut something and have multiple cuts it will cut half of the vinyl and the other half just cuts some or not at all so when i'm cutting an image that is 4 inches tall it will cut only first two or three copies then skips letters and sometimes it wont even cut anything. i'm using the sign cut software that came with cutter. thanks for any help with this guys.customers starting to call and don't want to keep wasting vinyl.

Hello, have you tried cutting with a different software program, on a different port, or on a different computer to narrow the problem down?
