I just got my USCutter MH Vinyl Cutter and need assistance!

So i just got my USCutter MH Vinyl Cutter that i bought here, and im having many problems. I filled out the bundle form for the signcut 2x, and nothing has happened, no email, no nothing. So I decided to try and link the cutter to my Macbook, and my comp ended up eating the disc/ wont read it or eject. Also My comp wont notice the cutter when i plug the usb in. AGGGGGGGGGGGGG im soooo lost, help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I think there is a problem with using Safari or Mozilla to register your bundle code, so try IE to go back to the bundle reg. code site.
