signpro 1 Posted January 20, 2009 Im wet behind the ears when it comes to what to charge the customer. Do you charge per yard/ft/color/vinyl type? Is there a price charge chart to refer to? I live in Wisconsin so would vinyl prices differ from another state? Before I do any advertising I really want to figure out this pricing. HELP!!!!!! Thanks !!
2GuysSign 4 Posted January 20, 2009 if you want a good investment, get Estimate... Great Software and it makes a general labor price for out of all your expenses so you dont charge too low! Check it out, www.estimatesoftware.com
signpro 1 Posted January 20, 2009 Is this anything like the FlexiPro 7.0 job estimater that I dont have a clue on how to use....
2GuysSign 4 Posted January 20, 2009 no, its very simple... just input your data and ingredients, then your markup then it will give you a price with everything. Also you will not give away design time with this program!
Can-Am 1 Posted January 20, 2009 Pricing also changes depending in what area your in. If your in a larger city you can sometimes charge more. What area are you in Signpro. Dave
DTFuqua 0 Posted January 21, 2009 Another option is the pricing guide from sign crafter magizine. You can buy it or get it free with subscription. I got the subscription and like the guide. The magizine is an added bonus with some useable information and pics of signs for inspriation.
bayshorecreations 30 Posted January 21, 2009 I use this one for my vinyl pricing. http://www.graphixcalc.com/ It's inexpensive, easy to use, works well. I'm happy with it.
