Custom Fill Pattern

I am looking to make a fill pattern and add it to my swatch table.  does anyone know how this is achieved?  i have done it in photoshop, wasnt sure how it is done in flexi.

thanks.  i am not at home to try right now, but will this allow me to bring in a jpg to set as a pattern?  i should of stated that earlier.  i thought i saw this on the  F1help last night, mainly curious about bringing in a bmp jpg to set as a pattern.

ok i am still lost on how to add my own pattern.  maybe i'm blind but all i can see is how to edit an existing pattern.

How to add a custom pattern to the swatch table

Select the object(s) you want to add to the swatch table as a pattern, right click on the swatch table(if your swatch table is not showing, goto -->View --> Swatch Table) and select Define Pattern. Done!

The new pattern can be edited by double clicking on it to access the Advanced Settings dialog box. From here you can change the pattern
