having problem with long cuts

Hi all hope someone could help me I have tried to make a long sign that is just one word about 3' long when I go and cut it

my vinyl will not roll through the same on both sides could someone tell me what could be wrong

any help would be greatful

Make sure your pinch rollers are locked down over the grip part of your feed rollers (not in the middle of the cutter), and that the tension for each pinch roller is the same as the other.
