New COPAM 2500 Arriving tomarrow! TIPS PLEASE!

Ok. My new Copam 2500 will be here tomarrow and i am excited and just a little scared. I would love things to go great but i am expecting a few little glitches to pop up. I am running a g5 with 10.4.11 and cs2. I ordered sign cut x2 but did not order the keyspan adapter. is that my death blow? I have got a lot of information from this fourm and thats the main reason i bought from us cutters and everyone on this site seems to be so truly helpful.

The new Copam's come with a direct USB to USB cable, so you should not need the KeySpan adaptor.

Mac drivers for the USB ccan be downloaded here: http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm

Mkae sure you download the correct one for the chipset on your Mac.

Order some vinyl if you don't have any.  I was kicking myself when I didn't order vinyl and I didn't have anything to play with when I got it.
