Help with fonts for stencil cutting

Hello, I would like to cut stencils and need some help with the fonts. I need to cut a bridge in the letters so that the middle will stay put. I have no idea how to do it. I am attaching a picture to show what I mean. The letters in this pic have the bridges in the B, A & E. Can anyone help me with this.
