banner help

just a couple of questions on banners

is it best to apply wet or dry

and do i need to go out and buy "banner vinyl" or will standard vinyl do that i use for vehicles etc

If a banner is glossy, I apply wet.If the banner has a matte or rough surface I apply dry.

Any good vinyl will do. Cal is fine...Cast is not necessary for banners.

Judging from te specs that appears to be Calendered. Good stuff. and if you have used it before you know how it works.

That would be good on banners.

Hey friend, just be aware that it is monometric vinyl.  Which means it's economy and not intermediate calendered.

I used that when I first started. It is fine for banners that are for short term usage...a year or less. Will last quite awhile indoor use.

I've done a LOT of banners and even the cheapest economy vinyl seems to outlast the banner itself,or at least the time the banner is used.
