brewzer1818 0 Posted November 27, 2008 New owner. had wverything hooked up and running smoothly then tried to send a cut to cutter with it off line. Now I can't get it to come on line. have tried powering down restarting computer disconeting USB, unplugging. HELP! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
SmokinZMan 2 Posted November 27, 2008 Make sure the cutter head is not all the way to one side, on each side there is a reset switch (little red button) if the head is against it it will not go online. HTH Bryan Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

bowhunter012004 4 Posted November 23, 2009 if it is off line, press the button in the middle of the arrow keys, to center the head, then press "on line" to put it on line. It wont cut anything unless the cutter is "on line" Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I get the display to show the black rectangles and it does not go into the next step which would read Online or Offline if I press the button in the middle of the arrows.
