  1. Hello my name is Kay and I'm new to this forum. My husband Jay and I bought the CoPam CP2500 a little over a year ago and have been running it on a computer with Windows7 until recently that is. We just recently bought the lifetime dongle from SignCut as our 1 year membership ran out. My problem is this our Windows7 computer sees the dongle as a joystick and won't run SignCut, so we hooked it up to our Windows Vista computer, which is missing the drivers to run the CoPam. Heck I'm not even sure which drivers I would need, can anybody point me in the right direction? My husband said something about the usb to serial drivers and I am pretty sure I would need the Vista drivers for the CoPam, but not sure where to find any of these drivers. If anybody can help me I would be so grateful! Thank you for your time, Kay Clines
