    Can anybody identify my cutter?

    When I first purchased my Ioline signature 5000 cutter, it would not cut. The plotter would roll and the cutter sort of vibrate at one spot. The problem was that the cutter needed to be set to magnify the x an y coordinate by a factor of ten, this could be done on the plotter screen. It worked fine after that.
