I just got my Titan 2 this morning and have spent all day trying to get it to cut, but it won't print/cut from either corel or vinylmaster, I am now getting an error that says need Titan Edition, I have no clue what it wants. Any help would be appreciated

Hopefully problem is solved with cutter, finally got them on the phone, they said they sent us the wrong vinyl master edition to download waiting for email with code now

Well I deleted everything and started over now I can't even get the drivers to download it keeps saying failed. I am willing to do log me in if someone can help me

it is now cutting the test out correctly but still cant cut from computer software

Ok well the Demo Version did the same thing says you need the titan version

didn't get a disc either just the serial number download

Just sent a request out to future corp, will wait for the response and will try uscutter again

stayed on hold 2 hours and got dropped have to leave, I will try future corp

yes it detected the device but its still not listed in my computer as a printer its listed as unidentified

ok I got the driver installed and it pops up "you need the titan edition to run this plotter" when I go to cut now

when I press test on the machine it only cuts a straight line

been waiting 10 mins now for online support but no one is answering me,

I did, but it also said that cd was in there too

Dont know if this has any effect but I didnt get a cd called Sure Cuts A Lot Pro

what do you mean the software specific to the titan 2? It came with corel x6 and vinylmaster are those not for this machine? Sorry I forgot to mention this is my first time using a vinyl plotter
