    We are using a GS-24 and I'm noticing on the Roland download page the Illustrator Plugin is only under the GX-24. Could there be connection issues because we are using a GS when we should have a GX?

    Application window isn't an issue, but the output button does nothing. Emailed Roland a week ago and have gotten no response.

    And unfortunately that is the issue we're having. Nothing opens CutStudio.

    Hey guys, Got a Roland GS-24 and it seems the only way to send things to it is via the CutStudio Plugin for Illustrator. We are running an iMac with OS X 10.10 (Yosemite) and Illustrator CS5. The CutStudio Plugin shows up in Illustrator but there is no way to send it to the cutter. I've searched the internet high and low and have found no information directly related to this issue. Only CS3 and CS6 issues which seem to have been fixed with the newest CutStudio Plugin download. Are we missing something? Is there a specific way it needs to be setup/downloaded to send illustrator files to the cutter? Please help!
