    Vinyl cutter model: 25" Refine EcoCut Date purchased: 8/2010 Connection method (USB, serial, Parallel): Serial to USB Software (Signcut, Artcut, Flexi, etc): Signcut Operating system: OSX 10.4 I can't seem to get my cutter to communicate with my mac. I tried setting it up with a USB cable then tried a serial to USB adapter and neither work. When I look at the settings in signcut it doesn't give me an output to select (I don't know if that is part of the problem), I can only choose TCP/IP or wirte to file. Any help would be appreciated since I have had this for 3 weeks and I'm getting pretty frustrated. Thanks!

    nateslate - were you able to get your cutter to work? it sounds like I'm having the same problems you had. I can't get my ecocut to respond at all.
