    OK, I am having something similar. It is not making "random" cuts but it is slicing two horizontal cuts in each letter or shape I try to cut. Tried turning it off and on, tried pressing reset and tried to located this Enhanced cutting option mentioned above but did not find it. I'm using a USCutter LP II with the "Sure Cuts A Lot" software. Any help would be appreciated.

    New to this forum. Recently bought a used plotter that I believe is a USCutter LPII. Really doesn't say anywhere and the seriel number tag on the back is blank. It does say "LP Series" on start up. Will be lurking around trying to learn and asking questions so I appreciate any help passed on to me. Thanks, Wayno
