So I recently purchased a SC34 and it was worming great when I first got it. Today I woke up and had to get a few things printed but its not working at all. It is plugged in through usb and recognizes I have something plugged in but nothing works. When I tried to reinstall the drivers it says something about elevation. Im not sure what that means either.
