  1. Here is my van I had done last year. This was before I purchased the cutter. This is a 3/4 wrap and the color of the van is gold and it fades to white in the back. The kid on the side is my son. I was going to use that image on the side like the van but I wasn't sure what it would cost to have someone print that image for me. The whole van cost me 800.00 last year to wrap and I don't want to spen that kind of money...nor do I have it. I just purchased the truck!..lol

  2. For some reason when I see the kid jumping I think right of top of the head.. "child care"   until I take the time to read the detials. Though the kid does makes since, most people only have a split second to see the advertising and due to the color arrangement the kid is the first thing they are going to see.

Is this for a client or is this your personal truck and design.

This is my truck. I run an inflatable rental service in the summer. I think the color of the truck and the color of the boy is the problem. I don't think that changing the color of the kid would do any good. At this point I'm not sure what to do.

  3. Terry,

The camera I used was my digital rebel. It takes great pictures and I love it. I was thinking the same thing about the figure. I think it is the white... it's a little bright I tried to change the color but it didn't look right. I figured out how to layer the text and I'm working on that right now. Man I love this stuff!!!

  4. I agree that 'Inflatable Rentals' needs to be larger.  Maybe have the kid going slightly on the back door glass.   Other than that I personally like it.

I was going to have him on the glass but I hate that it would block my kids view. I have my van covered and they hate not being able to see out the side windows. I might place it just below their line of sight and see if that works.

    Thanks for the input.

  5. Well, first off.... It's a dodge so that's a plus. To me, if you're going to go that big it needs more to it. Like another layer in a different color.

I take it you like Dodge..lol.  I was thinking the same thing but I have been having issues with doing two layer text.

  6. Terry,

Maybe I'm stupid but I just can't get what your saying...long day. If you have time I am adding the original photo. If you can show me what you would do with the design. I want it to look fun but also cool at the same time. I feel like I need the figure so that people get the whole kids inflatable thing.

  7. Hey everyone I am working on a design for my new truck and I need some input. I would like to know what you think about the truck photo I have posted. Good or bad I need to know what you think.  I think it looks ok but I'm not to sure if that is what I want to go with.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I am going to start making t-shirts but I have a few questions. I am looking to buy a press for around $300.00. Can you send my in a direction to find a great deal? Next question I purchased some easyweed vinyl. Do I need to do anything special to use this...I knw I have to wait for my press... :) but other then that. I have looked for info in the forum but I can't seam to find anything about the easyweed vinyl. What is needed to do a shirt with the easyweed? and how hard is it to use?

    Thanks!

  9. I used inkscape. I would try that. I removed some of the small areas that would cause you problems and made a few adjustments to the image..tires needed some work and the original car that I used had a number in the gray area you wanted to remove. Removing that shouldn't be to hard. If you need help let me know. For the most part this image should cut ok.
