Hello Everyone, I am green to the whole vinyl cutting scene. I am just now doing research and finding out the possibilities of this industry. I am interested in a few different things with vinyl prints and heat transfers...but I do not know what material I would need..or what cutter I should be looking into buying. I should say I am interested in making custom shirts and decals for gaming consoles/controllers.

These are the correct size already? What is the actual size because I want to stretch it out to a larger image for easier editing... And Idk if I can send this directly to a vinyl cutter.
