Can I cut heat transfer vinyl with my MH - 871 to make custom t-shirts?

When cutting multi color decals I always have to adjust the size of the decal. Im using Inkscape, I separate the colors and then save the colors individually but once I have them in SCAL I have to adjust the size of the colors and im always off and the colors don't match up right. Can someone help me figure this problem out.

The glow in the dark vinyl that US Cutter has is for shirts and it says it only will stick to shirt, im looking to doing wall decals and decals for vehicles.

Where can I find glow in the dark vinyl rolls or sheets maybe 15"x24".

Yes I am trying to cut different colors of vinyl, for multi color decals. I have been just making my own registration marks but ill get them perfect match up with one another but the decal will be off when the colors go together.

IM doing print/cut the MH871 goes to 3 different point before cutting but it never cuts the registration marks

I went to that screen, went to the printer type and selected my US Cutter clicked ok, then clicked Print & Cut. The cutter went around to all the registration marks the cut the decal but didn't cut the registration marks. ?????

I have a MH 871 using SCAL pro 3 I can figure out how to get registration marks when cutting.

The cutter is a MH 871 and im using Greenstar vinyl. and im using Roland blades that came with the cutter. Everything im using came with the machine when I bought it. I mean I can cut and weed the decals I just have to be super careful and take my time and most of the time I have to place the decal back on to the paper when weeding it.

After done cutting my decal, I start to weed out the decal the decal wants to peel up with the excess vinyl its cutting through the vinyl great. I have the speed between 450-500 and the cut pressure 80-100.

How do I clean the image up with SCAL

Its a decal that people have on there cars already, I did a google search for it and found it right click it and save it as. will Sure Cuts A lot pro 3 convert t to Vector?

Today I had a friend of mine want a decal made for a window on his car, so I googled the phrases and found it and I copied and tried to paste it and nothing. Then I saved it to documents, went into SCAL and clicked on Trace image and got it to come up on SCAL but when I went to cut it, it cut everything out and it also cut a bunch of tiny spots out. WHATS the problem?
