    This solved so many problems for me...Every time I would try to line up registration marks they end up sticking to each other or pulling off.....AWESOME

    Typically I order shirts through my works Alphabroder account but I noticed Jiffyshirt had all their gildan 50/50 shirts for $2.61, which is only a few cents more than what I typically pay after shipping and tax through Alphabroder.

     

    Then I noticed the 2XL's and highers were also $2.61 and proceeded to buy 120+ shirts bringing the color 50/50 Gildans down to 2.30 each.

     

    Just a heads up to those guys like me that don't have a business license to get wholesale pricing on their shirts.

    Awesome..time to order.

     

    I usually get the 100% cotton, how do these take HTV...well I assume

    Yea, I was thinking the Stretch as well.  These shirts are like a thin neoprene but not...Hard to explain.  Under Amour Cold Gear.  Used by Kiteboarders in the colder water.

     

    I guess I could try the regular HTV on one of my own personal rash guards and see what it does

    I have someone that wants Logos on some rash guards.  What they are are 90% polyester and very stretchy...Under Armour stuff.  Was thinking of trying Sisser easy weed but am worried about the vinyl coming off after the shirt stretches a few times.  Some are light colored so I could do Sublimation but the other shirts are pretty dark and some black.

     

    Advice please.  Also, I'm on a serious time crunch..yea, she waited for the last minute to add stuff.....I have a fellers close by and could have the fibrin stuff today.  I need these done by Thursday and most of them need silver HTV.  Not sure UScutter could get that to me in time.  Not even sure if the Fibron would work with these shirts

    I basically redrew it from scratch. I drew a single vertical line to match what was already there the duplicated and rotated it 30 degrees, and repeated till I had all the lines. Then I drew the circles at the necessary sizes. Then I copied one line of the circle/numbers and placed them on the lines lined up with the circle cross points. Then I groups the circle/numbers and set their rotation point to the center of the large circle, then duplicated and rotated it by 30 degrees and repeated. The rest is just fine tuning.

    OK, now I see the picture.  I'm gonna give that a shot today and see how it goes.  Thank for the help

    Gotta do about 30 of this.  Simple logo on each side.  I have no idea what to charge for this.  I wish I had a calculator to do sublimation as well like the vinyl.....LOL

     

    Just ballpark price.  looks like if I buy 30 or more at conde it's about .99 each.

     

    Also, if anyone has any links to a Calc that would be great

    The overlap of the boxes and circles is what bugged me the most... so that's what I corrected.

    WOW, I wish I knew how you did that so damn quick!!

     

    The ones you changed into boxes needs to really be circles.  I love the way yours looks but guys have been looking at it this way for years...If I change it they will hang me....LOL  I love the center...COOL STUFF

    Thats the right file just real small..it needs to be like 11x11  I made it small so it would fit here for upload

    I can't seem to break it apart so the lines don't go thru the circles etc..
