Primal Decals

i didnt make it , the customer bought it and i put it on..i get alot of decals that people buy from amazon etc and have me put them on...im very careful about that lol.. If you goto my Decal page i have it stated i do install customer supplied decals, i just wont warranty the material etc.

haha Thanks Jaybird lol ..Doing my best....... looking to get the new xbox 1 before xbox 360 is taken offline later this year,they just did an xbox update so you can add a 2 -3 tb external hd, but priorities come first ..

Let me explain.. lol.. I was injured on the job in 2004, broke my back and ive had 3 back surgeries and severe nerve damage in my back down to my legs and feet .Even tho i have a titanium plate and carbon fiber disc now, im still not better,my back is stronger but i still have un repairable nerve damage which causes tingling,and the feeling of something crawling on my legs,and feet,hot flashes as well.and this goes on everyday and night which causes sleep loss .I do not take any meds due to the fact that my body has a high absorption rate and they had to constantly keep increasing my meds when i was on them in the past,It started making me sick and i ended up in the hospital a few times due to bad episodes of withdrawls and then my body shut down for a week and i wont go into detail on that , but it was hell and at that point i wanted to die and i did attempt it buy downing 16 sleeping pills ..I couldnt take it anymore, i was so tired of the doctor visits, the meds, no sleep the pains, i was mentally done for dealing with it every night and day for years with no cure,The only reason im alive today is because i was found in my car by a police officer, i woke up in the hospital ,,After that day i took my self of everything cold turkey. .So i got onto xbox back then,Anything that keeps me from thinking about my back as much as possible helps ignore some of my symptoms.I used to be into construction and was a mechanic as well ,I was always busy. If i dont have something constantly going thru my mind i hurt and ache and feel like crap..The more my mind stays busy the better i feel unless i over work my back or sit to long or even lay down to long, i have to constantly change how i stand or sit and i drives me nuts..So maybe saying a xbox junkie was incorrect, but a different type of medication for me, Now that i got into this vinyl stuff, Its an added therapy for me cause im constantly thinking of designs or wedding vinyl etc, It all helps me ..I got hurt carrying 60 lbs while stepping up on a concrete slab and i was very fit and still in descent shape today, im 190lbs 6'2 and Im 43 yrs old and now 100% disabled for the past 10 years and i hate it ,I have a disabled plate for my car ,i get dirty looks all the time when i step out of my car,i dont look hurt or anything,I dont have a cane or a walker ,should i use one yep it would help but i refuse to use them cause i dont feel im old enough to rely on those yet or need to be dependant on one ,I could walk past you and you would think im perfectly fine,but inside im crawling in my skin..I miss working like i used to but i have to go with the flow and the cards i was dealt with. Welcome to my life. Very little know of my background and how i got where i am today and why. I could share so much more of my life of what has happened to me but it would seriously make your head spin and snap and thats no joke..Have a great days friends

well after getting into this around 5-6 months ago, i never thought that this would go so big like it has for me ..My plan was to just do small things and do it when i wanted...Im still learning so much and still forgetting a lot as i go..but i had a chance to help out some local veterans on their 10 passenger bus. The original plan they wanted was to strip off the old vinyl which had to be sanded trust me, tried every method of know remover and vinyl wheel and the old vinyl adhesive would not come off this thing ....Then they took the bus down for a quote for paint on the sides which ended up being over their allowed budget ,and they wanted the areas pre-sanded as well so try and save cost which back fired on them..so then i had to attempt my first partial wrap to cover up what was sanded to metal etc and go from there..I removed all the decal they wanted and they purchased the Amvets logo from a site called InkedAce(which we will never use again.) It was the worst crap ive ever seen and put together in pieces to make a 20" logo as we needed.. they used partial vinyl with printed vinyl.And the printed vinyl was over another color( like Red Printed on Yellow) It was the worst ever and i do not recommend them..I now have a local guy that will do all my print work,But i wasnt the one who chose Inkedace in the first place,So the amvets learned a lesson...I had to cut the logo pieces and re build it on the vehicle,Poorly masked etc with clear tape... Anyway it was a chore with the vinyl sheets on the sides for me not ever doing it before or actually knowing how,but i got it done( with some bubble popping in the process) i did the largest side dry install and then the shorter side wet and the outcome was the same ,so i just did dry for the rest and then applied the rest of the decals,USA Fag and the POW flag(POW with mods added to clean it up). All said and done its finished and they love every part of the work i did and they are running it thru the parade this weekend ..I was nervous until it was done...So i hope everyone likes what they see.....

Ya same here in Far northern Cali.It would be cool as well. im actually a partial xbox junkie on my downtime lol and i have met a couple older buddies face to face and we are pretty close now.. I need all i can to keep my mind off the pain i have in my back so i do all i can no matter what it is..

Thnx Goose, Let me clarify that i will be designing this,weeding and applying it to his marine grade sign already painted the color he chose..

he is set on it lol...trust me ..changed everything up a few times.. this is to the "T" lol of what he wants. i offered my opinion and its his way lol.. the background will be lighter i hope. he painted it a grey. not sure what color yet. i havent seen the material till probly thurs or friday.

You could use a program called Photozoom pro 6 .it takes the image and resizes while keeping the pixels together, i use it alot in my photography and then save as you u need it...it works pretty good depending on the image of course.if you want send me the image and ill see how it turns out and if it works ill send the file to you . no charge lol. www.pippinphotography.com go check out my pics..

Get what you can afford or what is in your budget and go from there.once you get started you can always upgrade pretty quick. i plan on upgrading to a graphtec as well but when i can .no harm in starting somewhere to get the money coming in..

Thanks everyone for your ideas.whats a safe remover to take off the paint he used? There is no clear coat over the red. He just just brushed it on with a pinstripping brush and thats all.

As you see in the picture i had a local pro professionally paint red pin stripes down the sides, there is also 2 on the hood that follow the body line as well and red around the circle on the fog lights(which isnt shown,took picture before it was done) and there is also pin stripes on the rear.. just curious if you guys would do anything else anywhere to this. im open to any ideas to make it pop..As you see red stands out pretty good on this..

Look on ebay, there was a guy that had awesome prices that one of my frends purchased from and it was great product etc, he had no issues. i cant remember the guys name on ebay sorry.

TauntDevil,,,im going for decal wise or change up of color design ,anything really to make it look good and stand out but not stupid godly, no more paint,cant afford the airbrush here.they are way high here.

Thanks Moody.I was kinda thinking of removing the red on the sides or something. the more i keep thinking about it and keep looking at im not impressed with the sides at all..what to do , what to do lol...it was painted with hotshots paint by a pro here, is there a safe remedy of removing the red paint without affecting my original?

i wasnt a fan of the stripes under the handles either at first , but you get used to it..

i bought the titan 2 7 months ago and i love it,,, i can do up to 24" cuts with mine

Hey skarekrow, just curious what you did to get that font? just out of curiousity i used find my font and seperated the letters and "Dragon is Coming " didnt show up? so im curious what special thing you did? and if you do use find my font, what do you have your preferences set on.im curious if my settings should be changed?

I currently use the titan 2 24" cutter and ive had it for about 7 months ,its been an awesome machine for me, not one issue other than when i first got it ,i had no idea where to start with it ...lol. love it .

I agree Mfatty and Dirt, I would have done that but he didnt want it .I do what they ask and i do suggest things as well,but in the end they pay me for what they want lol... Thank you everyone for your comments.
