As I mentioned I have this Online, led that does not keeps on at any point, just whe you push it, but comes off, I suspect the brand new machine is not ok, but just for getting sure, prior to send it back. Maybe some of you had the same problem?. After I played with all the fuctions, and settings, and going to reset, keeps the same, not turning on the light, but, as a test, I installed the pen, and makes drawins, by the machine itself, never get comunication with the windows 8 laptop. That I went to skip the signature process. by the way
