I have had my Titan 2 for a few months now. Has been working awesome. I made a decal for a client this morning and everything was fine. Went out for a few hours and came back to do some more decals. Now all of a sudden the cuts do not meet up. The end cut stops short of the start cut. Also the letters I was cutting are not coming out clean like they used to. It looks like im cutting with an SC. My over cut is set at 1.00mm and always has been. When I do a test cut straight off the machine it has the same issue. What am I missing? Nothing happened between this morning and this afternoon. I didn't even turn the machine off. Please help.

Jburns, thank you for your help. I had checked that before I posted but figured I should look again. This time I saw that my blade was nicked. Have no idea how but there it was. Thank you for the help!!!

What font is this?

You mean the yellow one. Yes your right that is greenstar (garbage) But the red one is orafol. 15"x10yard stamped. All purchased from UScutter

Anyone else receiving Orafol with little chunks nicked out in the middle of the roll? I have found it on 3 different rolls and one roll was rolled improperly rolled leaving about 3 or 4 inches at the end of the roll hanging out the side which I can not fix unless I unroll the entire roll. Just curious.

Thats crazy. I would have thought at least a couple others had seen it. Guess I am just the lucky one. I didn't complain because it was only a few inches which is pennies in the vinyl decal game. Just hope there are no more further down the roll.

This guy didn't give me much to work with. This font looks familiar but I don't know if there is even such a font out there. Any help would be appreciated.

This may be 2 different fonts. The R being one and the rest another. But any help would be greatly appreciated.

How about using your decals as a stencil (weed the opposite of what you would normally weed) and then paint it on? Just an idea.

I am having almost the same issue. I am trying to cut quarter inch letters and it keeps pulling the vinyl up with it. I have tried different pressures. I am using a Titan 2. Is this beyond my machines capability?

Hello, I am new here. I searched and searched this forum to find an answer to my question but could not. Is there a way that i can have my MH 721 or Titan 2 completly cut my vinyl after I am done with my cut? I have seen videos where after the cutter is done with a decal it advances an inch or so and the blade then completly cuts the vinyl. Thank you for taking the time to read my question.
