w to make any real dough ray me with the cutter and press when I can get 2 buck a swipe on a screen? I do like to do the one off's for what ever people want.... but have trouble charging for the labor of the cut weed press thing? Oh, well I have 3 months to make a living!!!!!!!

I am new to vinyl cutting and used Sepctracut II ,(as I said, I'm new but I think that stuff is a bitch!) I screen printed the rest of the order. He only wanted 6 pcs for his son and I didn't want to make screens so I cut them. Orange on black and wht. on orange. I have learned to READ the forum before buying! And check going rates before quoting a job. I'm not losing any weight but if I don't get these prices down I'm not going to have a butt left!)....

Hi guy's, know the 9.99 shipping is great up some time you just need some thing and dont want to wait for a package to come! I would like to walk into a place and see things for myself. Anyway, I live by Wilkes-Barre PA and until I would take a road trip to Quakertown and back I would have a day into it. A lady down the road came up and ask if I ever seen the naught and nice hood and showed me a picture and this is what I came up with.. Maybe someone else out there can make a couple of buck on the idea or maybe it'a old but I have them in IA if someone wants them and just change the name..

Hi, I use CS5 Illustrator. If I can figure out how to attach the file in eps maybe that will work. Ill. is a adobe program but I dont think it will open in reader? I will try to post it when I get home.

Thanks, I though I was light but whenI got to weeding and changing every graphic I NEW I was light, Oh well my friend said the girls loved them and I didn't have any screw ups so it was just my time I lost, Unlike the christmas hoods I just did and put the wrong name on the hood!!!! Thats was a costly one... Live and learn!

No, it is two layers. On the back the hood color is the number, I am sure I lost my butt on these and would never do them this way again , but every hood is teal on the back (team name) and the ball (orange) also with the number removed , and the black layer over it to give the number a outline look and some depth to the ball.

Hi, I have a request to make some decals for a local trucking company and the guy gave me on that he had made before. The question is as I was looking at it, to see if it was stacked ( it is 3 color) the back side of the material has a grainy look or a brushed aluminum look, The front you see is red wht and blue and dont appear to layered? I am new to this and have not seen this before? Please help. I only need 15 pcs I guess I could just layer? I will post pic later, Thanks Scott

Hi everyone! I have a friend that needs some hoodies printed for her girls basketball team and I really don't want to lose my but OR over charge her. She is getting all the orders and delivering the shirts so I am making hers for the cost of the hood. I mainly do screen printing but except for the team name all the hoods are going to be differnt. I will try to post a pic It is on a white hood the 3 colors on the back and a one color name and number on the front.Thanks Scott PS I was thinking about screen printing the ball and heat pressing the number on over it but I have not tryed this yet? Otherwise I was going to let the shirt color be the white for the number if I cut it from vinyl?

Hi, Thanks for the reply. What I'm trying to figure out it whats the best way to do this job as the # in the ball is going to change for each team member. I know it looks like a easy no brainer but I haven't done anything for a team yet. I tried to talk them into moving the # off of the ball but that is what they wanted. Should I screen print the ball and put vinyl #'s on the top? I thought the font should be the same as there shirts? I will put a outline around the # and give it a look. I was also thinking about screen printing the team name on them as that is the only thing that will be the same on all of the hoods. As of right now I think I am just going to cut and heat press everything. Thanks Scott
