I dont see any cracks but not sure if this is correct. See the attached pictures. One is the way it sits and one i am pushing up on the blade holder bracket. Should it be up in the resting position? Tech support gave me a couple things i tried that we have stated but nothing else.

It feels tight not sure if there is a spec for this

Still no luck. I attached the test cut in white i just did and some lettering from when this issue started.

Yes i am using sign blazer elements and have changed the over cut with no difference. I will try the oil and setting the blade that way.

My vinyl will not stay straight during cutting. I run it back and forth before cutting and it is perfect but anytime i cut it goes off sometimes an 1/8th inch sometimes an inch. It is worse with longer items help please
