The problem that I had was that I did not set the baud rate to 4800 on the plotter. after I set it, it worked great. You have to set it everytim you turn it on or reset, or at least that is the only way that I know how, someone else probably knows better.

I was just about to ask the same question and saw your post. I looked at some pictres of the plotter on the internet and did not see the masking tape stuff on them but still would rather have someone tell me that it is not supposed to be there so I dont worry. Someone please help.

Finally got my mh 721 after it went across the country twice! The box was smashed pretty bad but the packaging was good enough that the plotter was not damaged. This plotter is so much better then I expected for the price! It is a little noisy but I dont mind at all, its just music to my ears for the incredable deal it represents! I already have two jobs for family that is going to pay for the plotter and a 50 yard roll of vinyl that I bought. I am very pleased!

but if they oare on the inside will the sun damage the adhesive because it is shining directly on it and not protected by the vinyl on top of it.

I am going to be making several vinyl stickers for friends of mine that our going to be on there windows at their stores. I dont know if I should put them on the outside of the glass, or reverse them and put them on the inside. I figure that outside would be easier but if I put them on the inside wont it protect them from the elements better and wouldnt they last longer? If they are on the inside would the sun weaken the adhesive? I am probably just paranoid and it does not matter but what do you guys think. thanks ahead for the advise. I am new to the industry and dont know what can be sold legally. for instance I have a lot of friends that would like stickers of calven urinating on ford. (we are kind of partial to chevy ) Well the last thing I need is ford suing me for everything I have. Other things like NFL logos and the like are very popular on cars but I dont want to make any if there is even a chance of me being sued. What about I love my harley, or my other ride is a harley. would I be sued by harley for stickers that say that . I know you guys are not lawers but just want some advise. Well you might of guessed that my real name is chris. Well I bought a MH721 off of ebay and am very excited to recieve it. The shipping info got messed up so it was sent to my old address in virgina. I was in the military and now live back home in northern california. oh well stuff hapens. Had one of my friends pick it up and send it to me. Hope it is not smashed too bad . Just cant menton enough how excited I am.
