My "Lovely" children (just kidding they didn't know better) downloaded a virus into my computer and I had to reboot the whole thing. I reloaded the SBE and cannot get it to work now. I get everything lined up and it says that it does not recognize the device and cannot find the software to install the device.
No prob went to my new PC, which is not hooked to the web and is exclusively for art work. It is doing the same thing.
PLEASE HELP before i throw the daggone thing threw a window.
I know there is probably a thread on here that will explain it but Im already very angry.
