  1. Hello - At US Cutter we offer several different Oracal Masking products depending on which form of paint you are going to be laying down. I will attach you a link to our Spray/Stencil section of our vinyl sales. http://www.uscutter.com/StencilSpray_c_180.html. Cutting this material out is very simple and will probably use the same software you are currently using. Are you currently using the Robo Master Pro software? If not let me know which cutting software you are currently using.
  2. One common issue we have seen with Graphtec contour cutting involves the registration marks being placed too close to the actual cut. We have found by pulling away the registration marks from the image the machine can better recognize the marks. Our typical rule of thumb for placing the registration marks would be about 1" at the minimum from the image. This also will depend on how large the image is, and what the dimensions of the sheet you are using. What size of media are you using?

    Hello -

I will look into this further - I have never heard or seen of issues before with this so I will definitely look into a few things and point your questions in the right direction! I appreciate everyone being so welcoming, and I would agree that Graphtec's are some of the best produced machines on the market and require almost no support.

Have you tried uninstalling the driver - disabling your internet connection so "windows update" won't try to locate the driver yourself - and then installing the driver?
  6. Dr. Smith - Were you able to solve this issue or are you still experiencing difficulties with vinyl orientation in relation to a cut?
