I've had that happen with my Graphtec also. I found that I had too much pressure and blade. Back off both and make a few test cuts to get it dialed in.

Call around to some Used Car Lots in your area for that model car and go to take a look at it with your measuring tape in hand.

Word of advice though. Don't call her with the finished order for another week to ten days+. She might think that there is not too much to make them and she might ask for a cheaper price and give you much less time to make them next time. I had a customer hit me with a 40 shirt order with only 5 days to make them, 3 color front and back with logos on both sleeves(HTV). I didn't mind loosing to a screen printing outfit.

I'm working at an RC Turbine Jet contest this week and the guy running it needed a couple of small signs made. I went right to the SBE Library for some graphics. Quick and easy.

I've been doing the same thing for a while now. I realize that the older I get, the shorter my memory gets just like some other things.

I've been looking for this font but have been unable to find it . It's cropped from a picture from a sports jersey. Can someone give me some help? Thanks
