Tracking appears to be off even with a pen test, so going to tighten everything up on the cutter to see if that helps. I really only use white decals, I've never tried 2 colors!

wow thanks! You guys are awesome!

Great! I did just test one, it's about 3x faster to weed that's for sure. The only spots it's off, are due to the vinyl cutter I feel. Basically where it stops cutting on say the "X" and it starts again to finish the "X" the 2 cuts don't line up. It's fairly easy to fix with a utility knife though.

awesome! I'll try those now and see

will do, I love watching it draw!

Oh, when the file was made, I did have the designer send it in about 12 different formats. There is home print, pro print and web. Pro print files I can edit with illustrator, the others, not so much.

It's really the only file I ever cut, other than simple text. Now looking closer at it, I can see its a very busy image and could be more simple. Doing what I can to edit it and trying to avoid wasting too much vinyl

Would appreciate any help, thank you very much.

Just moving anchor points and paths? or more extensive than that? I did move some around, but the outline cuts still don't line up. I'll get a picture of the weeded cuts and post, might be easier.

Appears to be pretty close to the same from what I can tell, when rotated 180 degrees

I will try that and let you know!

I've got my art and everything appears strait. On smaller cuts, everything seems fine. The larger the cut, the more the cut lines get off though. I can cut this same image 3 times, and the cuts are off in the same exact spots, which leads me to believe it's an art related problem. Any help appreciated! XYZRoofandSidingLOGOcolor.eps
