Hey guys, making a bid for a local skate center. They are wanting a simple 48"X96" Banner(white)with black letteringcould someone cut this text for me? MAGIC WHEELS SKATE CENTER FIRST SUNDAY OF EVERY MONTH IS ADULT NITE 7- 10:30 text will be 44"wide,92" long.My cutter is a 24" and mapped it out onSB,it cuts through the text too much.I think using a bigger cutter would make it easier. Please PM me if you could help. Thanks Jason P

Runit, was looking on the site, the 310 uses the 68 cartridges so you can buy the carts and buy the bulk ink for the 310 for shirts and make sure you get the pigment ink. Also check out specialty graphics for the Jet Pro soft stretch and 3G jet opaque sheets. Also the WF 1100 that others and I own will print on the 11X17 sheets saving money per sheet.Hope it helps
-
Thanks Nite walker, make sure to get the pigment inks for the heat transfers and recommend the Jet-Pro soft strech for light color shirts and the 3G Jet opaque for dark shirts, check out Specialty Graphics for these

+1 on the WF 1100 from cobra ink, that is the greatest set-up for printing shirts.Use this with the pigment inks, also check out specialty-graphics.com for paper supplies, recommend the Jet pro soft stretch for white and light color shirts and the 3G jet opaque for dark shirts.the work force will print on 11X17 paper, which you can print 2 of a design on the paper to reduce costs.Hope it helps J -
Hey guys,Doing order of shirts on Navy Blue sweat shirts and the white part of the image you can see the blue from the shirt through it,its not the crisp white I am used to,any ideas what is going on?Done a couple t-shirts in same color and came out fine. This is a pretty big order and I want to get it right. Thanks in advanced for the help. Man,got a knockoff press that looks close to this and my biggest complaint is pressing the 3G, with that heat it wants to stick before I can position it,I will so be trying this on mine, thanks for the PDF instructions.I will let you know how it goes.

Ready to change cutter software, any advice?
Poot25 replied to muddywaterpirate's topic in General discussion
Make sure when you are cutting multiples you don't go over 32" length, this is the most it will cut which could be thereason it keeps stopping on the third cut. -
I will vouch for bill on the transfers I bought from him, they have worked fantastic!I want to get some more of those,I will e-mail you on what I want to get this time, but all of mine have worked great and I believe they were from Art Brands.I have some others I bought from E-Bay that I have been unable to peel and some that work great.I thought this was because they were too old. Thanks again J
