hey guys here is a copy of the updated file,I still cant get it to cut,talked to levi and he straightened up some issues withthe communications but locked up after I got off the phone...He was unable to access my computer to look deeper into it. MPC4.SBD

Mr. 300, I re-did this .just havent updated the file on here.Still cant get it to cut right so was trying to get a quote to screen print so I can get this customer taken care of.Got a quote to have someone else cut in easyweed,just not profittable that route-feel screen will be best bet,thanks J

No it would be a quantity of at least 12 probably,I am in talks with customer now,also I wouldn't need stakes. There is more text on the origional sign,it is a sign placed after the installation of an air unit is completed.

Airman23,I would recommend the cobra ink WF 1100 if you can spend the extra for it,it will do everything you need. chack them out @ www.cobraink.com they have this model with the bulk ink system installed that will print ALOT of shirt transfers for you

Hey Nuk,check the t-shirt section,Mr.300 did a thread on a program that would do an auto test print.If you want ot just do it yourself,the suppiort page on cobra's website has the file of the rose picture test print that should have come with your printer.I just had to unclog a dirty head on my WF1100 and it was not fun,would recommend you od one or the other to prevent them from plugging.I got lots of ink on me and had to basically suck the clog thru the tube to the cart on the printer with the syringe for the waste removal.hope it helps

Hye guys,great replies,Have been having this trouble also with 24" maintape.I like the idea of applying the graphic to the tape.Also Roxanne how long have you had your tape holder?has it stood up without any problems?If so I will be interested in trying one of these too.Thanks

Thanks again guys,found it in the library of sign blazer,had to dig in an area I hadn't looked before.That was the issue,I could get the circle no prob.,just getting the lines through without it going over and getting it correct.

Hey guys,hoping I could get some help.I am running SBE on my desktop,it is an XP OS that run fine ,but now its stopping the cutter before it cuts(gets to the cut tile ,but when I click it just locks up there)or it will stop in the middle of the cutting sequence.I do have a parallel port on this computer so I thought I would try that ,but when I clicked on cut tile it traced out really fast(like 5 seconds) on the cut preview ,but cutter didn't run.This is really frustrating as I have a large banner(3'X10') that I need to complete and with the USB I have t orestart the computer after the program locks up and its hit or miss to get it t orun the next tile.I believe the LPT will help aleviate this issue if I can figure out how to set up(Probably an operator error)thanks Jason P

I this your first cut using program?also what connection are you using?If using USB connection make sure you have the driver downloaded also check the settings in the setup menu.

yes changed setup to lpt1,as for the unplugging usb,I did that and it messed up my next cut,it cut through half of the text I was cutting.

screenprintr,I believe the 50ml tanks are correct size,he uses velcro t osecure the tanks ,no drilling.Just FYI.I love mine ,also a tip for anyone getting one,search out hte thread Mr. 300 wrote on the auto test print program.I let mine set for 2 weeks and the cyan is not working now,I have gone through the detailed instructions on unclogging the print head and have started t oget ink,but not right still.It is worth it to not run into trouble because you think it will be OK,did I mention I have 4 test shirts to print up for a customer?UGH thats what I get-now my blue comes out pink,LOL
