Talking to them over the phone they said that my mh cutter does not have a z-chip, they said older models do but this one does not

new one came in today so far so good, response time was awesome they shipped out a new one and it got here in 3 days i am pretty happy with that. Did a simple cut and so far so good going to do some more cuts later on to keep testing out this bad boy

talked to customer support shipped item back and they are shipping me a new one as we speak happy with how quickly things are getting settled and hope next machine has no issues

From the looks of it its def not the z-chip one of the boards has several fried pieces and board looks in pretty harsh condition this sucks since i just got the darn thing on friday

Just my luck 9volt battery i have is low lol but it does squeeze out a little buzz

Awesome I appreciate the help, ya i read about the battery test myself last night but i just got this thing yesterday and not even 2 minutes in the thing stopped working kinda bummed out but if its a quick fix its no big deal. Thank you yet again

the cutting blade stopped moving on the first cut after set up, I know what the issue may be. Yet i wanna know if anyone on here knows if i can get the replacement z-chip anywhere local instead of waiting for customer support to open monday?
