  1. Haha! looks like it Nah - Just helping out. Sort of a "BUMP" for ya Here is my reply: Thank you for updating me on which cutter you have. Your problem is caused by static electricity getting built up in the machine. There is a way to ground your cutter which I would advise you to do. All you will need is a piece of copper wire or speaker wire. We will then attach one end to the cutter and the other end to the stand. Attach it to the cutter on the underside under one of the screws located next to the 4 plastic feet. On the cutter stand, scrape some paint off underneath one of the screws and attach one end of the wire there. If the wire is connected to both the cutter and the stand the machine will be grounded and your problem should go away. Let me know if you have any more questions about this, or give us a call at 1-888-298-8143. TOM LOCKHART - US CUTTER SUPPORT SPECIALIST 1.888.298.8143 Worked for me!!
  2. Just submitted a ticket - so hopefully a reply soooon! Will update with the reply.
  3. Hey. Sadly this is not the problem if only. The image is perfect in the .eps file (straight line, one anchor point to another). Thanks for the suggestion though.
  4. Hey. I seriously need a solution to this problem too. Will try some things and will keep this thread updated with my progress. So far tried cleaning tracks, taking off tracks and cleaning wheels, tightening blade holder in really tight.. Nothing is working.
  5. Hey, Central Logos. Any chance of helping me out...? Done your method and got even worse "chatter"... Anything I did wrong? Thank you. -Frank
  6. WOA! This has made my "chatter" problem so much worse This is gonna take aaaages
  7. Haha yeah I know. I am quite annoyed at the seller for this.. Could have got me in a lot of trouble. And I don't want to start a business with illegal software.
  8. Hmmm...That really is a lot... I think I should either buy SignCut or just use SignBlazer. Thank you for your help. Will let you know if the problem persists.
  9. Oh no.. and WOA! The price... I can't be caught using this.. And i will check SignBlazer out then. Thanks for the alternative.
  10. I was using the SignCut PRO trial at first (Cause i heard it was really good.), but that ran out, so i went with the FexiCut that the seller gave to me.
  11. No... Do I have a pirate version..?
  12. I don't know.. The person who sold it to me just gave me it. Is it this a problem..?
  13. Hello. I have been having some trouble with my MH-721 recently. When ever I cut a design, it always comes out "wonky"/ inaccurate. I used to be able to get clean cuts with no problems at all. Why is this happening? Specs are: US Cutter MH Refine - 721 Windows Vista USB connection FlexiSignPRO v.7.6 (v2) Had the machine for about a month. Anyone have any ideas..? Thank you. (I have also read a post here about someone with my exact problem BUT his solution did not solve my problem. It was changing the packet size to 1000KB.)
