I'll try to give you some help... just went through this last week spent a whole day mess'n with it but good now 1st thing you need to do is go into the menu on the cutter and set up the ARMS This was the biggest issue I use the I use cut master 3 for AI so I'm not sure what settings you have it flexi I have the manuel if you don't have one Once you get the cutter set I think you'll be ok MM64

I don't use signcut but but I'd say your problem is in the height and with settings Make sure proportional is checked BEFORE makeing any changes to size from the orignal artwork good luck MM64

The less time the vinyl is on the better... so right after the event remove the old dates before they go into storage That will be easier than trying to do it in a year when they want to use them again.. MM64

Have you tried to shadow the font? MM64

You should bill for everything even the measuring to do the install... On install I just ad x amount to the sq.ft. price

I give them an hourly estimate but on the work order states estimate only hours over will be billed at $XX

I only do removal hourly so what ever your shop time is per hr thats what I'd charge Mm64

put the image in wire frame and see if there is more than one layer. Also in some programs there is a setting for the number of passes you want to make MM64
