When I inseart new vinyl film rolls to the cutting plotter I can see horizontal lines of airwaves. that happen even before I even start working with the plotter, and sometime during the cuttting work. that problem cause to the final work not to look accurate Any Idea?

airwaves = air ripples that horizontally appear on the vinyl sheets(randomly i must say). I use 11 yard, 24" vinyl film rolls from china. BannerJohn is right because it is cheap vinyl. when I told them about this problem they said I need to re-debugging my cutting plotter.
