Really easy to do with the circle tool in CorelDraw.
The arc function in the circle tool is the key.....just a hint....

There are atleast two ways to do it, one is fit text to path, the others is envelope manipulation.
There should be some instructions in the help section in coreldraw,but if you can't find that give me a shout and I'll try and walk you through it.

I have used my 15" sunie for everything. I reread the title and have to qualify the answer that if you want the Best then the mighty, hotronix, phoenix, Geo Knight are the way to go

Broke the skull curve apart and welded to the axes and then recombined everything.

If I'm reading this right, draw two 30x1 rectangles and two 22x1 rectangles and put the pieces together on your substrate.

That is what I would normaly do, but it's for a car club and not everyone wants the same type of shirt.

You may have to use an import command.

Well its looking like upwards of 30 shirts, one side simple graphic that I alreadry had done and just needed to be resized.
Possibly three color options, and maybe an airbrushed name on the pocket(know how to price that;))
