I would get on with the online support at the signcut site and see if one of their techs could walk you through it.

Did you check for updates from the help menu in signcut?

One more thing to try, did you convert your text to curves? Right click on text convert to curves on the dropdown menu.

Did you send the file to the signcut support team? They are usually pretty good with problem issues.

Is the signcut the trial version?

Thats wild I'm at a loss for explinations.

The test 123 ai file was your original corel file exported as an ai file.

export comand, not save, i think it makes a difference.

Have you tried exporting your file as an ai file (ver.7) and oprning that file in signcut.

See if this file opens for you in signcut. test 123.ai test 123.ai

I have had ai files that i have imported into corel with lines like those. Hence the question was the original done in coreldraw?

Did you create the original file in coreldraw?

Don't think those are weeding lines.

Not sure where those lines came from, although i have seen those pop up in ai files that i have imported into coreldraw. have you tried exporting your coreldraw file as an ai file and opening it in signcut?

Looks like he needs a few R1-Graphics decals on there.

File looks good I don't see any problems with that. Can you open it in sign cut and save it as a sign cut file and email it to air_rob@msn.com. And another thought the lines you are talking about are they tile line by any chance? Sign cut may not be reading the cuttable media, click on the read cutter button.

Never had a problem with avery and any app tape, Just squeege it down good, and I turn the grapic face down and peel the backing away.

Word pad file is no help. I need the corel file or the signcut file. Was not able to open the file you sent?

Make sure your offset is not set in two places (cutter and flexi) had that problem before with the same problem.

+1 If you autotraced that in corel that almost assuredly the problem.

We have cut and installed designs in tint. Labor intensive but the results are nice!

I have the 16x20 and its a good press. No problems with mine.
