    I have a customer who wants one of my signs done in reflective vinyl so it can be seen at night. The sign is 12"x18", what is the best way to do this? Cover the entire sign with reflective vinyl, then go back with regular vinyl on top of it.....or cut the design out of reflective vinyl & apply that to my sign?

    Can you cut semi-complex designs out of reflective vinyl?

    I am not fussing, just asked a question & how to do it without having the vehicle at my shop....Going car shopping is not feasible, as the closest one is 40min. away & from past experiences they dont like it when you break out the measuring tools & start measuring, done been run off the lot once over some flames...lol

    Guest....I have been cutting them straight myself, if they tell me they want a 4"x44" windshield banner, thats what i give them, never really thought about making them curved until the other day, when someone requested one curved & i was stumped on how to achieve this curve on a windshield i have never seen before...So i figured i need to do a little research..lol

    Hi...Long story made short, I have a copam 2500, it is about 3 years old i guess. I went to cut this design ( it's attached) & it cut everything perfect other then the outline of Texas ( i have used this outline numerous times before) so i figured it might have been corrupted, so i made another eps of the outline of Texas. Then sent the whole job to the plotter & this time it cut out the outline perfect, but then skipped other parts of the design that it cut perfect before.

    I think my plotter is losing steps, so can someone please try & cut this out, so i can see if it's my plotter....Also the plotter has been making noise for awhile now.

    Went to use my Flexi 8 starter today & it is telling me "can not find the security key that matches the password" I have the USB dongel plugged into the usual usb slot. Anyone know what's up with this & how to fix it?? I am dead in the water until I get this fixxed :D

    I am doing a sign with a arrow & the phone number in the arrow & instead of having to cut the numbers with white vinyl, I just want to punch the numbers into the black arrow & then just weed the numbers leaving exposed the white sign substrate underneath. How do I do this??
